• Kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Stairs and flooring installation
• Finished basements
• Professional painting services

3. Project Agreements

All renovation projects are subject to a separate written agreement that will detail:

• Scope of work and specifications
• Project timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Warranty information
• Change order procedures

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally:

• Deposits may be required to commence work
• Progress payments are due upon completion of specified milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion and final inspection
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper maintenance
• Unauthorized modifications
• Acts of nature or accidents

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proman Renovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
